Treo @ Kettner
San Diego, California
Treo is an impressive residential high-rise tower containing 324 condominiums and town homes. The complex consists of several structural levels beginning with a 6-story building, which unfolds into a larger 26-story tower. The tower overlooks the city with terrace elevations that create an artistic like formation of a stairwell leading to the sky. Located on the street level are retail areas and lush trees that add to the city's greenscape. The site includes a 4-story parking garage with the capacity to park 456 cars. The below grade garage areas are mechanically ventilated to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Specialized interior system designs were used throughout the building to achieve soundproofing and to enhance the atmosphere of the living areas.
