Ridgehaven Building
San Diego, California

Ridgehaven is a 73,000 sf office facility modeled for the energy, environmental, and economic benefits of a Green building. The United States Department of Energy and the United States Environmental Protection Agency honored this building with the first Federal Energy Star Label. Since its completion, all project participants have received worldwide recognition for design excellence. More than 45 foreign countries have studied the building to learn the Green building technology. The 3-story complex houses the city’s Environmental Services Department, the county’s only environmental public library, and a 140-seat auditorium, which serves the community as an environmental training center.

DESIGN FEATURES
