Renaissance
San Diego, California

Renaissance is an urban residential masterpiece composed of two high-rise towers. The city is at the doorstep of these structures containing 218 living units, totaling 355,000 sf. Upper levels are fashioned to extend through the San Diego skyline with stunning city views. The mid-level terrace contains casual dining on the spacious stair landing leading to the Plaza below. Total commercial/retail space is comprised of 12,000 sf. Predominant to the street levels are mini parks, which mesh with the landscaping and water features of the city. Mechanical systems include a water source heat pump central plant located on the roof of each tower. Each central plant is isolated from the buildings to ensure minimal sound transmission to the occupants.
