Kaiser Permanente (San Marcos) is a modern medical office campus consisting of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. Project scope includes two new 2-story buildings and a Link building. Elaborate designs were utilized throughout the site to satisfy the demanding nature of the technical environments for this medical institution. Specialized space layouts were developed to provide occupancies in adult primary care, cardiology services, gastroenterology care, pulmonary medicine services, hematology/oncology care, outpatient services, pediatric services, physical medicine, and nurses' stations. Additional planned areas include professional offices, waiting rooms, and registration services. Comprehensive systems were devised for the buildings to enhance atmospheric quality and to promote congenial, yet comfortable surroundings to guests.

- VAV units specified with both DX cooling and chilled water coils to accommodate future campus district distribution improvements
