Brobeck is a 3-story professional office building designed for a national law firm. The 72,250 sf interior areas are eloquently displayed to give the traditional office a modern presentation. An inviting 2-story lobby cordially welcomes the visitor with its attractive state-of-the-art surroundings. Formal conference rooms set the ambiance for meetings with elegant and commanding interiors. A specialty air distribution system enhances both the lobby and conference atmospheres. Sound attenuation components are integrated throughout the structure to achieve minimal noise transmission. Vital to the organization is a MIS computer room where the environment is maintained by a sophisticated 24-hour dedicated cooling system.
