Aviara Four Seasons Resort is a beautiful Five Diamond hotel containing 458,000 sf of plush main hotel areas that extend throughout five floors. Project scope consisted of both the main hotel structure and the residential facility. This exceptional resort was designed generously with top-of-the-line amenities and systems, which offer first class service to guests. All space layouts were fashioned tastefully to capture the awe of the occupants. The site accommodates 286,000 sf of parking in a 4-story structure. In addition to the exciting interiors, outside areas include a 1,260 sf pool bar and spectacular landscaping views. These striking features offer an extravagantly enjoyable adventure in the radiant leisure of the outdoors.
