ENERGY MODELING & ANALYSIS

Our knowledge of building computer simulation programs such as EnergyPro and eQuest are used to analyze the energy use of existing and new buildings in order to determine either the compliance with Title-24 or the impact of a specific energy conservation measure on the energy use of the building.

 

The development of a Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) study is to be used for proper system selection for a specific building based on first cost, operating cost, and maintenance cost.

 

 

SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS DESIGN

We have spearheaded the energy performance of numerous LEED projects and have been an instrumental part of the certification process.  Our project teams have achieved all levels of LEED Certifications including Net Zero Certification.  MPA is a proud member of the United Stated Green Building Council (USGBC) which promotes building designs that have a positive impact on the health of the occupants, while promoting renewable, and clean energy. Our staff includes LEED accredited individuals.
