EXPERIENCE
Ms. Holmes has been with McParlane & Associates, Inc. since May of 1998.  She has been involved in the plumbing consulting field since 1979.  Ms. Holmes has plumbing and piping design experience on most types of facilities, including laboratory, healthcare, commercial, institutional, military, maintenance, theatrical, correctional, and governmental.

1999 - PRESENT:  Plumbing Engineer; McParlane & Associates, Inc., San Diego, California Project management, design plumbing systems and process piping systems.

1991 -1998:  Randall Lamb & Associates, San Diego, California Plumbing Department Manager/Project Management:  Design multiple plumbing systems including medical gas and industrial systems, coordinating with design team, meeting clients expectations, maintaining schedules, scope and budgets

EXPERTISE

• Sanitary waste and vent systems, bottled gas, acid waste, reclamation systems, vacuum and compressed air systems, bulk gas systems, bottled gas piping, above and below grade petroleum products and vapor  recovery systems, industrial waste containment/monitoring systems, industrial water, and pure water systems.
• Troubleshooting existing plumbing systems.
• Production of project documents from conceptual stage through final review of construction.
• Designing systems to meet stringent code requirements for technically complex facilities.
• Experience on renovation type projects, high rise buildings, and tenant improvements.
• Possesses adept knowledge in plumbing design standards.
