Callaway Golf Headquarter is a 219,330 sf build-to-suit office and manufacturing facility. Ely Callaway founded Callaway Golf Company in 1982. Today, in 107 countries and 29 languages, Callaway Golf is known as the #1 choice of consumers in premium golf products. Creative engineering design for this facility produced ideal environments for office, production, laboratory shop, and warehouse spaces throughout common areas and future expansion spaces. Tight tolerance temperature and humidity designs ensure a constant environment in the prototype and manufacturing areas of the facility. The base systems help support ongoing modifications, which occur within the building throughout the years and to accommodate the ever changing and improving manufacturing process.
